Academic questions White Paper for Vulnerable Children document

A local academic has questioned the White Paper for Vulnerable Children document, which was released by the government today.

Professor Mark Henaghan says it is 'action' rather than 'information-gathering' which counts, while an opposition politician says the paper doesn't address issues of poverty.
