Brawl results in two arrests

A brawl spilled on to the street outside a central city pool hall early today, resulting in two arrests.

The melee occurred on the corner of Moray Place and Great King Street, just metres from the police station.

Police intervened and two men, a 20 year old and a 28 year old, were arrested and charged with assault.

Police say some of those involved required medical treatment after the fight.
