Carpentry students say goodbye to year-long project as it goes up for auction

A year-long project by carpentry students of Otago Polytechnic is coming to a close when the house the class built is auctioned for charity.

The house was entered in the Sustainable Housing Challenge awards, but failed to snag a major award, although its efforts were commended.
