Council votes on John Wilson Ocean Drive matter

The debate over John Wilson Ocean Drive has been raging for years, but less than three hours ago it ended.

The drive will be re-opened to traffic for a period each day, after the council ratified an earlier decision in a knife-edge vote.

But as usual, the issue sparked the usual passionate arguments.
