Drainage system proves to be an apparent tourist attraction
Police say there is little they can do following the discovery of four young people keen on subterranean tourism.
The four were discovered last night, after one entered the city's drainage system near the Toitu Settlers Museum, and did not come out.
Her three compatriots, all tourists, were exploring the system, something they had done in other parts of the world.
Police were about to launch a search and rescue operation when she emerged from the drains.
Police were considering criminal charges this morning, but concluded none were relevant.
