Fine weather set to move on

Long, fine sunny days have been an uncharacteristic aspect of Dunedin's climate recently.

But the weather pattern that's brought these balmy conditions is set to move on, giving way to some welcome rain.

One of the features of this stationary high pressure system can be seen and felt rolling in from the sea in the mornings, blanketing the coast.
