High school pupils compete in first-of-a-kind competition

Dunedin high school pupils were rowing in a first-of-a-kind competition today.

They were racing in an event designed to increase their interest in rowing, and also challenge them to beat some of our Olympic athletes' fastest times.

And over the 2000 metre course, some of them came close.
