Jandals for appeal week

The first day of summer is just around the corner and many of us will be heading to our local beaches when the sun eventually shows itself.

The people charged with keeping an eye on us and protecting us from harm on those beaches are gearing up for their national appeal week.

And they want the public to support them by wearing a kiwi favourite.
