Many student flats still empty
It's that time of year again, when thousands of young people descend on the city to begin tertiary study, and look for accommodation.
But there are still many flats available in the student quarter, and the OUSA says high rentals could be to blame.
It wants to see landlords drop their prices so students can have accommodation at a fair cost.
