Marchers protest against funding cuts to early childhood education

Protesters marched down George Street on Saturday demanding the government rethink its planned cuts to early childhood education.

Local kindergartens say they don't want to reduce the quality of their teachers to accommodate the cuts, but the government say that's what needs to happen.
