Police continuing to mop up after "small crime wave"
Police are continuing to mop up following what they describe as a "small crime wave" this week.
A 15 year old male was arrested and appeared in court this morning, and was remanded, following appearances yesterday of a 16 and 17 year old
The arrests came after the theft of a taxi and another car, with a crime spree ending when a Suzuki crashed on Helensburgh Road early yesterday.
Police this morning said the youths are also alleged to have broken into the Otago Golf Club, where they stole alcohol.
Only empty bottles were found.
Another male is still to be located in relation to the incident, and more charges are expected.
