Residential property values increase

The latest Quotable Values index shows residential property values have increased across the country.

Values have risen 1.8% over the past three months.

In Dunedin, residential prices are now 2.8% above the same time last year.

Valuer, Tim Gibson, says typically, lower-valued properties are the ones which are performing the best in the current market.
