Two not selected for Highlanders match this weekend

Michael Hobbs and Adam Thomson have not been considered for selection for the match against the Bulls this Saturday, after failing to comply with the team curfew following the Stormers game last week.

Highlanders head coach Glenn Moore said the two players didn't get back to the team hotel on time, and while suspending the players was a critical decision that impacted on the whole team, it was in the end a straightforward one.

Moore described the incident as a 'slip up' and 'out of character' for the two players involved, who will stay with the team until the Highlanders return to New Zealand on Sunday.
