Union head hits out at Charter Schools plans

The head of the union covering New Zealand's secondary school teachers has hit out at the Government's plans for Charter Schools.

Post Primary Teachers Association president Robin Duff is visiting Dunedin as part of a nationwide tour.

And he argues schools run by private businesses or organisations are not the way to go.
