Water main renewal in MacAndrew Bay area

Macandrew Bay residents will experience some vehicle restriction to the beach reserve car park, during the first two weeks of December.

The DCC is commencing water main renewal works in the area, replacing existing mains which have had numerous breaks.

Traffic control will be in place on Portobello Road and delays should be considered when travelling.

If temporary water shutdowns are scheduled, affected residents will be notified accordingly.

The works are expected to be completed by the end of February 2013.
