White Ribbon Day draws attention to sobering statistics

One in three women will experience partner violence at some point in their lives.

And on average, 14 women are killed by their partners or ex-partners in New Zealand each year.

White Ribbon Day was held in the Octagon on Sunday, and drew attention to these sobering statistics - and a lot more about the issue of violence.
