It was announced today that popular All Black, Highlander and Southland halfback Jimmy Cowan has re-signed with the New Zealand Rugby Union and Rugby Southland until the end of 2012. The re-signing will see the Highlanders captain play his provincial rugby for Southland, and Super Rugby for the Otago Highlanders for the next three years. ›read more

In the mens 65 to 69 time trials Motueka, Alexandra and Central Otago entrants finished in the top three.
