The walls of the Dunedin Community Gallery are filled with award-winning images by amateur photographers from all over New Zealand.

The photos are part of the 45th Dunedin Festival of Photography.

And organisers say such exhibitions keep the magic alive when it comes to capturing and showing off a special photo.
