Authorities were singing the praises of students involved in last night's scaled down version of the annual first year toga party.

Order was maintained throughout the event thanks to strict controls being put in place around the crowd of sedate scarfies, controls that the President of the OUSA says are necessary and won't threaten the University's image of a place to come to have fun as well as study.
