A Dunedin City Councillor is outraged by the circumstances leading up to an extra-ordinary meeting of the Council this afternoon.

Councillor Lee Vandervis says that the meeting is illegal, and he has concerns that the democratic process is being jeopardised by the lack of information on the meeting's content.
