Annual Jaffa race draws crowds

The biggest event of the Cadbury Chocolate Carnival took place today at Baldwin Street and proved to be a colourful and thrilling affair.

The annual Jaffa race and street party drew crowds to North East Valley as well as punters hoping to have the first Jaffa down the hill.
