Garden gearing up for its 150th birthday

The Dunedin Botanic Garden is gearing up for its 150th birthday next year.

The sesquicentennial will be celebrated with events throughout the year.

The garden will also host the 5th Global Botanic Gardens Congress.

Areas being developed for the congress include progress and achievements in plant conservation, horticultural changes and social engagement.
