The new general manager of Otago rugby has taken over an organisation at a low ebb.

Richard Kinley has said his role is a bit like starting from scratch, and the team's motto for the season is "New Season, New Belief".

He is here this evening to tell us about that motto, and how the union is approaching a new era.
