Minimum wage to be debated

Dunedin North MP David Clark has had a second members' bill selected for debate.

Clark announced this afternoon his bill to raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour has been drawn from the ballot.

That means MPs will debate the issue later this year.

The minimum wage is $13.50 an hour, and Clark says increasing it to $15 will help working families.
