Normalizing Te Reo crucial to its longevity
Twenty five years after the Maori Language Act was introduced, only 4% of New Zealand's population can speak Te Reo.
Even though there are many domains in which the language is spoken on a daily basis, local University lecturers say normalizing it is crucial to its longevity.
