Local woman says New Zealanders are fortunate

Dawn Ibbotson is a local woman who has been involved with Amnesty International for 30 years.

She says New Zealanders are fortunate to have the freedom that people in other countries don't have, so we should all be making an effort to help those who are not as well off.
