Plenty of new ways to look at history

With two new buildings, revamped exhibits, and a $39 million price tag, the redeveloped Toitu Otago Settlers Museum is fast closing in on its big reveal.

Media have been given a preview of what the public will soon see, and the facility's management say there will be plenty of new ways to look at history.

But those with fond memories of the museum can rest assured their old favourites have not been forgotten.
