A healthy dose of scepticism can help us avoid the pitfalls of overzealous or unbelievable claims.

So if you think U.F.O.s exist or that New Zealand was settled by the Celts, then the New Zealand Sceptics believe you need to have some hard scientific evidence to back it up, and lack of such evidence can lead to serious harm.
