Justice may be in store once CCTV footage is checked

Condemnation has rained down upon an unknown offender after a botched smash and grab crime in Dunedin overnight.

Police call an attack on the premises of a local charity, and the attempted theft of a donation box, "disgusting".

But justice may be in store for the perpetrator, once CCTV footage is checked.
