Four new directors appointed to Dunedin City Council companies
Four new directors have been appointed to Dunedin City Council companies.
Electricity lines company Aurora Energy, infrastructure services company Delta, and City Forests will have the new directors from the 1st of November.
Distinguished Fellow and Past President of the Institution of Professional Engineers, Dr Ian Parton, will serve on the Aurora and Delta boards.
He will be joined by Dave Frow, a former chief executive of the Electricity Corporation of New Zealand.
Night 'n Day chief executive Tony Allison, and John Gallaher of Forsyth Barr, will serve on the City Forests board.
The appointments come as the city puts in place changes recommended in a review amid controversy last year.
