Comprehensive district plan review launched this morning

A comprehensive review of the plan that sets out who can do what where in Dunedin was launched at a media conference this morning.

The District Plan manages land use in the city, including industrial, rural and residential zones.

Despite its sometimes high level themes, the new version of the plan will include rules that affect all home owners.
