Public to have pitch access at Forsyth Barr Stadium

The public will have access to Forsyth Barr Stadium's covered pitch this weekend.

While access to the pitch has been strictly controlled, and mostly available only to top level sports people, that will change on Sunday.

The stadium's management says it wants to see as many families as possible enjoying what will be a rare opportunity to see the turf.

The "pitch invasion" will follow the Otago United football game.
