Dunedin real estate market continuing steady comeback

The Dunedin real estate market is continuing what industry figures say is a slow but steady comeback.

Figures released today show December sales dropped slightly after what was a busy, and record-setting, November.

But while words like 'spectacular' and 'astronomical' are not featuring in the lexicon of real estate agents, words like 'steady growth' are.
