Waitakere triumphant

The greenhouse atmosphere of Forsyth Barr Stadium led to a hot and humid match between Otago and Waitakere in their ASB Premiership match.

Despite Otago's energy and passion, the top of the table visiting team took the honours, winning four goals to one.

The Otago coach says after a slow start his team did keep them under pressure for long periods, but in the dying minutes the visitors managed to outclass them.
