Labour leader David Cunliffe delivered a key piece of the party's health policy on the steps of the Dunedin Municipal Chambers today.

He visited the city that is hosting three political leaders this week, as national elections draw near.

His plan to extend a national bowel cancer screening programme will cost $14 million, but how it will be paid for is information still to come.
