Street art appearing on Dunedin buildings appears to be building a momentum of its own, as a second major artist decorates city walls.

Street artist Phlegm has completed one work in Moray Place, and today started on another in Vogel Street.

And the DCC says the works may help prompt a tourism opportunity.
