Another Dunedin Public Art Gallery staff member has been invited to take part in cultural festivities in Scotland.

The gallery's public programmes manager Robyn Notman is one of seven New Zealanders involved in an international delegate programme in Edinburgh.

It's part of the Edinburgh Festival and is being run by the British Council and Creative New Zealand.

Notman plans to develop partnerships with her Scottish counterparts, which could lead to reciprocal projects in Dunedin.

The gallery's curator is also travelling to Edinburgh this month, for a major art exhibition focused on the Commonwealth.

Aaron Kreisler will showcase work by five New Zealand artists, all with strong ties to Dunedin.
