Human trafficking is in the international headlines after 35 adults and children were found in a container in England over the weekend.

It is believed that more than 2.5m people a day are caught up in the practice.

And while New Zealand is not subject to this level of activity, the Government is diligent in regional and international efforts to combat trafficking.
