No Ipod? No Problem!
No Ipod? No Problem! You can still watch Dunedin Television programmes on your computer using Apple's iTunes.
iTunes is used to synchronise content with iPod devices, but with iTunes you can also watch podcasts directly on your computer.
iTunes is a free programme available from Apple. It is available from Apple at http://www.apple.com/itunes/download and works under both Microsoft's Windows and Apple's Mac Platforms.
Once you have iTunes loaded you can subscribe to the stations podcasts, they will then be delivered to your computer and can be watched as your leisure in iTunes on your computer screen as shown below.
When iTunes is operating, it automatically monitors your subscriptions and will download new video or audio programmes to your computer so they are ready to go when you are. For more information on subscribing to Dunedin Television's podcasts using iTunes navigate to the iTunes How To section of this website. For podcast links navigate to the Podcasts page.
Using iTunes is the recommended method for viewing Dunedin Television content online as it does not directly depend on available bandwidth, which can be variable. Using iTunes, you also get access to the most recent episodes of each of the programmes provided.
Alternatively, if iTunes and podcasting is not an option, you can simply watch the latest episode of selected programmes directly in your browser. Navigate to Channel's Watch Online section of this website more information.
