Forsyth Barr Stadium got the once over this afternoon ahead of the city's first rugby league international in almost a century.

The Kiwis will play England at the stadium on the 8th of November as part of the Four Nations tournament.

And with the winner of the match likely qualifying for the final, organisers are expecting the city to truly embrace the 13 man game.
