A long-running dispute between the owner of a local construction company and its former Dunedin manager is set to continue in court.

Former Lund South Dunedin manager David Low claims he is entitled to bonus payments, understood to be worth about half a million dollars.

But the company's owner, Russell Lund, disputes that.

Low worked for the company for almost nine years, and claims he was not paid bonuses he was entitled to during a two-year period.

The case went before the Employment Relations Authority, which found in Low's favour.

But Lund is appealing that decision, and a more substantive hearing will be held in February.
